Previously held senior positions at HSBC, Credit Commercial de France, Banque Indosuez, and BSI Law and political science degrees from Université Saint-Joseph PhD in Law from Lyon II University in France in addition to a master's degree in political science Director, International Chamber of Commerce – ICC Beirut Lebanon.

Peter Greensmith

Chief Executive Officer

Peter has over 25 years experience in Investment Banking and is a well known and respected advisor within the London small-cap and emerging companies sector. He spent several years in the Corporate Finance Depts of Greenwell Montagu and Hill Samuel, before joining Kleinwort Benson in 1991. Over the following 12 years at Kleinworts, Peter became the COO of the Global Research Department. He then went on to become a Director of the company (now Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein), responsible for European private equity and Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2003, Peter founded and was Executive Managing Director of Libertas Capital Group plc, a London quoted investment bank and Nominated Adviser (‘Nomad’), focused on advising and principal investments in the clean energy sector.

Peter joined the predecessor of Peterhouse in May 2008 as Chief Executive, overseeing the growth of the Company in the interim period from a client base of under ten companies to one now of nearly one hundred. Peter led the buy-out of Peterhouse Corporate Finance in July 2012. He is a Member of the Securities Institute.

Mark Anwyl

Managing Director

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the City, principally in Corporate Finance, Corporate Broking and Equity Capital Markets. He has acted for clients with market capitalisations of between £1.0 million and £4.0 billion on IPOs, debt and equity fundraisings, takeovers, acquisitions, disposals and restructuring.

Mark joined Peterhouse in January 2013 and previously worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Citigroup. Mark is a law graduate, with first hand regulatory experience, having started his career at the London Stock Exchange.

Eran Zucker

Managing Director

Eran joined Peterhouse’s predecessor from its inception in 2007. He deals with a broad range of transactional and advisory work, including company affairs, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs. Eran works with clients in both the UK and international markets, and is particularly active on AIM and the Aquis Exchange Growth Market.

Eran holds a Master in Finance degree from London Business School and First Class Honours degree in Business Studies from Cass Business School, City University London. He is also a combat medic and a trained chef.

Heena Karani

Managing Director

Heena studied Law at the Queen Mary’s University of London and qualified into Corporate Law. She joined Peterhouse in 2010 in the Corporate Finance team. Heena acts as the Corporate Advisor to a number of Aquis Exchange Growth Market companies and worked on a number of AIM transactions including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.

Guy Miller

Director, Corporate Finance

Guy’s small-cap experience stems initially from working for a confirming house that specialised in lending to small businesses. He joined Ruegg & Co., an AIM Nominated Adviser and Aquis Exchange Corporate Adviser in January 2007 and subsequently joined St Helens Capital Partners LLP where he continued to specialise in small-cap advisory and IPO work. Guy has also worked for a producing mining company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for four years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in business studies from Thames Valley University in London.

Narisha Ragoonanthun

Managing Director, Consultant

Narisha joined Peterhouse Capital in 2022. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the provision of audit and forensic audit, as well as in accounting, governance and financial reporting for UK listed entities. She has previously worked at PwC, Ernst & Young and Welbeck Associates, and has also served in CFO and Non-Executive Director roles for UK listed companies.

Narisha leads transactions from initiation to close and has considerable expertise in deal executions across products and sectors, including IPOs and RTOs, equity financing and restructuring.

Brefo Gyasi

Corporate Finance Analyst

Brefo graduated from the University of Warwick with an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Peterhouse Capital in September 2021, Brefo was a private equity intern at HarbourVest Partners focusing on co-investments and secondaries. Prior to that, Brefo gained experience in the renewable energy sector, working as a research associate at Renewity, a renewable energy investment manager.

Faisal Rajeh

Faisal started his career in 2015 as a relationship manager covering the GCC and wider MENA region’s sovereign wealth funds, and family offices.  Prior to joining Peterhouse Capital in 2021, Faisal led roles at LIBANK, BGC Partners, Abu Dhabi Investment Company (Invest AD) and SHUAA Capital.  Faisal holds a master’s degree in economics and finance from Brunel University, graduating in 2014.

Navesh Ragoonanthun

Energy and Natural Resources

Navesh joined Peterhouse in 2023, having previously worked in a wide range of mining roles. His last role was as Partner at Deloitte, where he led an Energy & Natural Resources team serving the Latin American market. Skilled in Strategy, Operations and Capital Projects, Navesh brings a plethora of industry specific knowledge to our natural resources sector and consults on all projects and transactions for these sector clients. 

Navesh has a Mining Engineering degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch and a Post Graduate Management Diploma from INSEAD in France. He started his career in deep level mining production at AngloGold Ashanti, followed by strategic planning at Rio Tinto. He later spent 11 years as a management consultant having worked at Bain & Co and Deloitte Consulting as a Partner, serving mining clients globally in all major commodities.

Lucy Williams

Managing Director

Lucy graduated from University of Bath in 2007, with a BSc in Politics. Lucy joined Peterhouse Corporate Finance in 2010 as part of the corporate broking team having previously worked in a range of private client stockbroking firms in the City, servicing both the public and private sectors. Lucy specialises in equity and debt capital raising for Peterhouse’s AIM clients, and oversees the firms investor relations programmes for quoted clients on both AIM and the Aquis Exchange Growth Market.

She was a key member of the buy-out team which bought Peterhouse out from its previous owners in July 2012, and has since been appointed Head of the Corporate Broking team.

Duncan Vasey

Corporate Broker

Duncan commenced his career working for the stock jobbers Akroyd and Smithers, (later becoming part of SBC Warburg Securities and latterly UBS), market making in U.K equities and American securities. In 1997, he joined J P Jenkins Limited, who established the OFEX market (now the Aquis Exchange). In 2001, Duncan moved into Corporate Finance working at St Helens Capital Partners LLP specialising in the SME sector. St Helens Capital Partners LLP was acquired by Peterhouse Capital Limited in January 2013 and Duncan now works within Peterhouse as a Corporate Broker.

Martin Lampshire

Consultant, Corporate Broking

Martin started his City career in Lloyds Bank's Commercial Services division in 1989 after completing the ACIB qualification. In 1995 he moved into Corporate Broking, working for a number of city based brokers including Teather & Greenwood, Charles Stanley, Hichens Harrison and Daniel Stewart. He has assisted many companies in a variety of equity raises including IPO's, secondary fundraisings, vendor and private placings across a variety of sectors. Martin has also worked in a number of overseas financial centres including Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.

Paul Brown

Director

Paul started in the City in 1981 as a trainee stockbroker with Mcanally Montgomery, he then joined S.Jenkins & Son on the trading floor of the London Stock Exchange as a Market Maker. After 7 years he moved to Kitkat & Aitken also market-making. In 1991 he joined Kleinwort Benson and then joined J P Jenkins. There, Paul and John Jenkins began trading unlisted shares which evolved into the Ofex Market which is now known as the Aquis Exchange Growth Market. He also ran the Aim market-making desk.

Rose Greensmith

Corporate Broking Executive

Since becoming a permanent addition to the firm in 2018, Rose has moved from being our Front of House Manager to joining the Broking Team as its Administrative and General Assistant, and has since been promoted to Corporate Broking Executive.

Having worked at Peterhouse for over 4 years, Rose has built an excellent rapport with both corporate and investor clients of the Firm and is an invaluable member of the Broking team, assisting in the Team’s full-range of fund raisings and client relationships.

Mike Willis

Accountant

Mike looks after the accounting function at Peterhouse. He entered the profession in 1990 and has broad experience, most recently spending fifteen years working for a central London practice with a wide range of clients.
